Eduard 1:48 P-40E LööK

The LööK set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard brings a pre-printed instrument panel cast in resin together with a set of steel seat belts, all for a model of the Curtiss P-40E Warhawk fighter in 1:48 scale. The panel has its dials, frames and controls printed in color, so once it is released from the casting block it is practically ready to fit with no painting needed. This is an accessory, not a standalone model.

What the set contains

  • A resin instrument panel with the instruments printed in color.
  • Steel seat belts for the pilot, printed in color.

Usage tips

  • Separate the part carefully from the casting block with a sharp knife or a fine saw.
  • Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate), which holds both resin and metal.
  • Protect the pre-printed surfaces from sanding and from fingerprints.
