Eduard 1:48 P-40N Warhawk, radio compartment PRINT is a 3D-printed resin set of the radio compartment for a model of the P-40N Warhawk fighter in 1:48 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
This detail set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard of the PRINT range is made by direct 3D printing from resin and brings a faithfully rendered radio compartment for a model of the Curtiss P-40N Warhawk fighter in 1:48 scale. The 3D printing technology allows fine detail of the radio equipment and the structure, which replace the plastic parts from the box.
The Curtiss P-40N Warhawk was the late and lightest production version of the famous American P-40 fighter. It was deployed in the Pacific and on other theaters of the Second World War; lightening and new equipment improved its rate of climb and its performance at altitude.
Separate the 3D-printed parts carefully from the print supports and clean them up; they are glued with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Paint the compartment before closing the fuselage and pick the detail out with a wash and drybrushing. We recommend gentle work and respiratory protection while sanding.
This is a resin accessory; the model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
