This is not an aircraft kit but an accessory detailing set. It contains 3D-printed resin gun sights with which you replace the simplified plastic parts from the box and raise the fidelity of the cockpit of the P-51B/C Mustang fighter in 1:48 scale considerably.
The gun sight is one of the visually prominent elements of the pilot's space. Direct 3D printing allows sharp edges and fine detail that cannot be captured in injection-molded plastic. The parts are fitted after being cut from the print supports.
Separate the parts carefully from the supporting structures, clean them up and degrease them before gluing. Glue them with cyanoacrylate. For the best result use an airbrush and a fine brush to bring out the details; small glazed elements can be finished with a gloss varnish.
A detailing set. It does not contain the aircraft model itself. Glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
