Eduard Brassin 1:48 R-27R / R1 (AA-10 Alamo-A) is a resin set of Soviet air-to-air guided missiles for plastic fighter models. It is not a model but an armament accessory.

This set from the Brassin range by the Czech maker Eduard is not an aircraft model but a detailed resin accessory for the armament. It contains R-27R missiles with a finely rendered body, canards and fins, alternative nose caps for the R-27R1 version and launch adapters that let you hang them on fighter pylons. Color photo-etch and decal markings are usually included as well. The set does not contain the aircraft kit.
The R-27 (NATO reporting name AA-10 Alamo) is a Soviet medium-range air-to-air guided missile. The R-27R and R-27R1 versions have semi-active radar homing and can be recognized by the shorter body with a pointed seeker cap. They were carried by many MiG-29 and Su-27 aircraft.
Wash the resin parts free of mold release agent, cut them from the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Sand them with your airways protected. The missiles come into their own after a uniform base coat, precise markings and a fine panel wash.
This is a resin accessory set, not a stand-alone model. Glue, paints and the aircraft kit are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
