This product is a photo-etched detail set from the Czech maker Eduard aimed at the interior of a plastic model of the French Dassault Rafale C fighter in 1:48 scale. It is not an aircraft model but a set of fine metal parts, a large part of them color-printed and self-adhesive. The set lifts the look of the cockpit considerably.
Colored Eduard interior sets usually bring pre-printed instrument panels, side panels, levers, seat belts and other small features of the cockpit. Thanks to the pre-printed color you get a realistic cockpit even without laboriously painting the details by hand.
The self-adhesive colored parts are transferred with tweezers and stuck onto a prepared base, and the uncolored photo-etched parts are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). A photo-etch bending tool is useful for crisp bends. It is a good idea to even the base under the self-adhesive parts out with a dark color first.
This is an accessory, not the model itself. The base kit, the glue and the paints are not included in the package.
