1:48 RF-4E Phantom II 7499 The end of the Film Hellenic AF 1953-2017

Decals for the RF-4E Phantom II 7499 The end of the Film, 1:48 (Syhart Decal)

A sheet of wet decals in 1:48 scale from the French maker Syhart Decal for models of the RF-4E reconnaissance Phantom. It captures the aircraft with serial number 7499 in the all-black farewell finish marking the end of operations of the Greek reconnaissance Phantoms at Larissa air base in 2017. The fuselage is decorated with the motif of a film strip bearing the legend The end of the Film and with the silhouettes of the squadron's historic aircraft. It is not a kit but a decal sheet.

Use

• Apply onto a smooth gloss coat, which keeps the decal from hazing underneath.
• Release the decal in warm water and settle it with a decal softener.
• Once dry, go over it with a matte or semi-gloss coat according to the scheme.
• A set of masks for optional painting of the markings is usually included as well.

Who the sheet is for

For modelers building the RF-4E Phantom II in 1:48 scale who want the striking farewell scheme of the Hellenic Air Force.

This is a decal sheet. The model of the aircraft, paints and varnish are not included in the package.
