Seversky J9 (RSAF) 1:48 (Dora Wings) is an injection-molded plastic kit of the American P-35 fighter in Swedish service.

This injection-molded plastic kit in 1:48 scale captures the American Seversky fighter, which the Royal Swedish Air Force designated as the J9. The set contains photo-etched parts, masking stencils for the canopy and decals for four Swedish machines. The finely detailed model will please more demanding builders.
The Seversky J9 was the export version of the American P-35 fighter, one of the first modern all-metal fighters with retractable landing gear. The Royal Swedish Air Force obtained these machines at the turn of the 1930s and 1940s and used them for the defense of its airspace. Although the type was soon obsolete, in Sweden it served for a long time, in auxiliary roles until the beginning of the 1950s.
Glue the plastic parts with a liquid cement for polystyrene and the photo-etched elements with cyanoacrylate glue. Use the enclosed masks for the canopy and lay a filling primer before painting with an airbrush. Under the decals we recommend a gloss varnish and a final matte or semi-gloss overcoat.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
