Responsibility details are not available.
A resin upgrade set from the Czech maker Eduard from the Brassin range. It brings a detailed radio compartment in the fuselage of the Supermarine Spitfire fighter in 1:48 scale — with the radio set, its mounts, the fuselage access door and the internal structure of the section, usually completed with photo-etched parts. It is not a model or a kit of the whole aircraft — it is a detail accessory for advanced modelers that makes it possible to show the radio compartment with the door open instead of the smooth plastic from the box. Cast resin renders the instruments and the installation behind the cockpit faithfully.
The Supermarine Spitfire is among the most famous fighters of the Second World War. Behind the pilot's cockpit the fuselage held a compartment with radio equipment, reached through a service door. An open service section is a popular way to make a model more interesting and to show the internal equipment of the aircraft.
It is supplied as a resin accessory, unpainted. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
