This is not an aircraft model but a metal detail accessory for a kit of the Soviet ground-attack and strike aircraft Su-24M in 1:48 scale. The set contains a turned pitot (air data) tube. Turned metal has a faithful shape and, above all, far greater strength than the thin and easily broken plastic part on the nose of a model.
The Su-24 is a Soviet two-seat ground-attack and strike aircraft with a variable-geometry wing and a crew seated side by side. The upgraded Su-24M variant brought an improved navigation and weapons control system. The aircraft was designed for low-level penetration and all-weather attacks.
You cut the plastic air data tube off the nose and replace it with the metal part, ideally into a predrilled hole. Glue with cyanoacrylate. Fit the tube only at the end of the build so that it is not bent during handling and varnishing. Degrease the metal before painting.
The accessory calls for a base kit; glue, paints and the model itself are not included in the package.
