It is the two-seat trainer version of the Corsair II attack aircraft, with a lengthened fuselage and tandem cockpits. The kit has detailed cockpits and landing gear bays; for the exact contents of the box, go by the enclosed instructions. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The LTV A-7 Corsair II was an American subsonic carrier-borne attack aircraft that replaced the A-4 Skyhawk and proved itself from the war in Vietnam onward. The two-seat TA-7C version was created by converting earlier single-seat A-7s into trainers with a second seat for an instructor; it served to train US Navy pilots.
Finish and paint both cockpits and the landing gear bays before you close the fuselage. Mask the glazing of the tandem canopy and spray the framing separately. Fit the stores carefully, only at the end. Spray the base over primer; set the decals on a gloss varnish so that they do not silver, and unify the final surface with a matte varnish.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
