This set from Eduard's resin range brings TER triple ejector racks in 1:48 scale. It is not an airplane model but an accessory for the stores, with which you can hang three bombs or pods on a single pylon and so build a faithful combat configuration for a modern aircraft. The set holds several racks for fitting out a whole aircraft.
A TER (triple ejector rack) is a carrier installed on the store pylon of an aircraft and carrying three stores. It is used on a range of American and allied combat aircraft to increase the amount of ordnance carried on a single station.
Wash the mold release residue off the parts, separate them from the casting blocks and join them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Take care over the correct orientation of the rack relative to the pylon and the stores. Gentle accenting of the detail with a dark wash works well.
This is an accessory set, not a model in its own right. The stores, paints, glue and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
