This is not a model of the aircraft but a resin detail set from Brengun in 1:48 scale. The package contains a pair of TER-9A triple bomb racks, which are used for carrying stores on the F-16 Fighting Falcon fighter and on other types.
The TER (Triple Ejector Rack) makes it possible to hang three bombs under a single pylon. The resin castings have sharper panel lines and finer detail than plastic parts and widen the possibilities for stores when building combat configurations. They are cleanly cast, with a minimum of flash.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut the casting blocks off the mating surfaces and clean them up. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue), and sanding calls for respiratory protection. Paint with a primer, then with a shade matching the weapons system, and even the surface out with a light wash.
