A detail towing cable set for models of the Soviet T-34/76 tank and the SU-122 self-propelled gun in 1:48 scale from Eureka XXL. This is not a kit but an accessory that replaces the plastic towing cable with a faithful, flexible copper cable with resin end eyes.
The copper cable imitates a braided steel rope and lets itself be shaped and attached to the hull of the vehicle naturally. The resin eyes faithfully capture the forged end fittings. The set holds parts for improving one vehicle in 1:48 scale and suits models of the T-34/76 and the SU-122 alike.
Shorten the cable to the length you need, wash the eyes free of mold release agent and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Treat the metal with a primer for metals before painting. A dark patina and a light metallic dry brush will bring out the look of a steel cable.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
