Reskit 1:48 F-111 pilots climbing the ladder (2 pcs) is a set of two 3D printed resin pilot figures for a diorama with an F-111.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of two 3D printed resin figures of US Air Force pilots in the pose of climbing the ladder toward the cockpit, in 1:48 scale, by Reskit. The dynamic poses are ideal for a diorama capturing the crew boarding. It is not an aircraft model but an accessory set of figures for scenes with an F-111 in this scale.
The General Dynamics F-111 was an American two-seat combat aircraft with a variable-geometry wing. A scene with the pilots approaching the machine up the access ladder tells the story of the moment before takeoff and gives a displayed model both action and a human dimension.
Separate the resin figures from their supports carefully, wash the residue off them and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Apply a base coat before painting. Paint the flight suits, helmets and gear with acrylic paints and bring the recesses out with glazes. The poses show to best effect in a composition with the model and the access ladder.
The set is an accessory for scenes with an F-111, not a model in its own right. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted, without glue and paints.
