This colored etched set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard brings the crew seat belts of the British Vickers Wellington medium bomber. It is not an aircraft kit but a detail accessory for improving the interior. The parts are pre-printed in several colors, so the straps and the buckles look realistic without any need for painting.
The belts from ordinary kits tend to be flat and without detail, or missing altogether. A colored etched fret replaces them with fine, shapeable straps that bring the interior of the model to life. The set is prepared for a model of this British bomber in 1:48 scale.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife and shape the straps carefully. The pre-printed belts do not have to be painted; a gentle wash in the recesses will bring the texture out. They are fixed by their self-adhesive layer or with a small drop of cyanoacrylate glue.
This is an etched detail accessory, not a standalone model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
