1:48 Yoxford Girls - North American P-51D Mustang

Exito Yoxford Girls - North American P-51D Mustang, 1:48

A set of waterslide decals in 1:48 scale from Exito Decals with markings for American North American P-51D Mustang fighter aircraft, focused on machines with striking nose art. This is not an aircraft model but an accessory for the build that replaces or extends the markings of the basic plastic kit. Quality printing gives faithful colors and fine print registration.

What the set contains

• Markings for several color schemes of the P-51D with striking nose art.
• National insignia and the individual and unit markings of those machines.
• Sheets printed for saturated colors and easy application.

Use and tips

Apply the decals onto a smooth gloss surface so that no silvering occurs. Dip the marking in lukewarm water, slide it into place and settle it with a decal softener, which helps it conform even to rivets and panel lines. Once dry, seal it with a matte or satin clear coat.

Who the set is for

• For modelers building the P-51D Mustang in 1:48 scale who want attractive American nose art.
• For anyone interested in American fighter aviation of the Second World War.

This is a set of decals, not a model. The aircraft kit itself, paints and glue are not included in the package.
