The smaller variant of printed boxes from Green Stuff World. It is a scenic accessory, not a kit. According to the name the set is intended for 1:35 and 1:48 scale alike. The small boxes suit where a larger package would look cumbersome: on shelves and in compartments, on a counter, in a crate of materials, on the shelves of a workshop, beside figures in a shop or among the stores of a field depot.
In a scene it holds that credibility rests on the quantity of small things rather than on one large one. An empty shelf looks like a stage prop; the same shelf with boxes stacked unevenly looks like a place where work gets done. The smaller size also allows combinations: a few large crates at the bottom, small packages at the top, one box turned on its side. That sets the scene in motion without your having to add figures.
Try the arrangement out dry first and avoid regular rows. The printing is finished and there is no need to paint; if you want an aged look, use a very weak wash into the edges or pastel dust, and check the procedure on one piece first, because the printing may be sensitive to water and to solvents. PVA glue or a small drop of super glue applied with tweezers is enough for gluing and fixing them. When handling small parts, tweezers with fine points come in handy, because they are awkward to work with between the fingers.
It is an accessory for a scene, not a model. A base, furniture and figures are not included in the package.
