The Gendarmerie was the armed police force of interwar Czechoslovakia. The year 1938 is associated with mobilization and a tense situation in the border region, when gendarmes carried out both public order and guard duties. The figure captures a man in period uniform at the moment of firing.
Wash the mold release agent residue off the parts, cut the casting blocks off carefully and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Do the sanding with respiratory protection. A primer coat followed by painting with acrylic or oil figure paints is recommended.
