F-4B/J/N/S Phantom II: IFR refueling probe (1:72) is a resin set for showing the extended refueling probe. The basis of the build is the Hasegawa kit.

A resin detail set for showing the extended probe for in-flight refueling (IFR) and the open bay of the probe on carrier-borne Phantom IIs of the B, J, N and S versions. It is an accessory replacing the plastic parts of the kit, not a model of the aircraft. It reckons on the Hasegawa kit, which you obtain separately.
It lets you model the characteristic extended refueling probe on the right side of the fuselage, together with the open cover of its bay. The casting captures the shape of the probe and the detail of the bay more sharply than injection-molded plastic allows.
The set holds resin parts; paints, glue and the kit are not included in the package.
