A resin accessory showing the Sycomor pod, a decoy dispenser for chaff and flares used on export versions of the Dassault Mirage F.1 fighter. It is a carried pod, not a model of the aircraft.
The pod is cast as a one-piece body that includes the pylon, so it is easy to seat under the fuselage or the wing. The casting captures the outline of the body and the detail of the dispenser tubes more sharply than plastic and adds a typical element of electronic and decoy protection to the model.
The set holds resin parts; paints, glue and the kit are not included in the package.
