1:35 Wallpapers II (105x160mm) is the second part of the wallpaper line, a printed sheet of wall decor for a diorama.

The sheet is ready for lining interior walls and complements the other numbers of the same line, which differ from one another in decor. The 105x160 mm format is stated in the name. Because the individual numbers stand alone, in a larger structure the wallpaper can be varied from room to room without giving the impression that one and the same pattern repeats everywhere.
The best results come when you tie the walls to the floor and the furniture in one color family. The same manufacturer's floor sheets have the same print quality, so they go together without having to be touched in with paint. Under the ceiling a narrow strip of plastic profile works well as a molding; the transition from the wallpaper to the ceiling is a place the eye pays surprisingly close attention to.
Flex the back of the sheet lightly before the glue goes on, so it does not curl by itself. Spread the glue flat with a brush and let it become tacky for a few seconds, then offer the sheet up and smooth it down. Push the air under the surface toward the nearest edge. A dry spot shows up as a light patch and has to be glued down at once; later nothing will help but replacing the whole piece. Leave the scissors in the drawer and cut with a scalpel along a metal ruler, otherwise the edge will be frayed.
