This is a resin detail seat made by 3D printing, not an airplane kit. It replaces the basic seat in the cockpit of a model of the American Republic F-84F Thunderstreak jet fighter-bomber in 1:48 scale. This version comes without the seat harness, which makes it ideal if you handle the belts separately, whether photo-etched or fabric ones, or do not want to use them at all.
The seat markedly raises the level of detail in the cockpit. 3D printing captures the fine texture of the upholstery, of the frame and of the controls, which injection-molded plastic cannot render faithfully.
The set is an accessory, not a complete model. Paints, glue and other parts are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
