This aftermarket set brings quality waterslide decals for models of the twin-engine Douglas Boston Mk.III light bomber in 1:48 scale. It is a separate sheet with markings and national insignia, not a kit: you apply the decals to a model that is already built and painted.
The Douglas Boston, known in American service as the A-20 Havoc, was a proven Allied light bomber and attack aircraft of the Second World War. In the Mk.III version it served with Royal Air Force squadrons on daylight attack operations over occupied Europe, including the famous low-level raids. The sheet focuses on these workhorses of the sky and offers several color schemes of particular aircraft and units.
Apply the decals over a gloss clear coat, which prevents silvering under the film. We recommend a decal softener and a decal fixer for a perfect fit over engraved lines, then overspray with a protective clear coat matching the sheen of the surrounding surface. Study the sheet before application and prepare the schemes according to the instructions enclosed in the set.
This is an accessory, a decal sheet, not an airplane model. The model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
