This masking set from the manufacturer Omask contains shaped plugs for the landing gear bays (wheel wells) of a model of the Hawker Hurricane fighter in 1:48 scale. The plugs are made of soft, pliable foam cut exactly to the shape of the bays in question. They are not building parts and not a paint but an aid that saves time and raises the quality of the paint job. According to the name, the plugs are shaped for the Hurricane kit from Hobby Boss.
Before painting, the plugs are simply pushed into the open landing gear bays and cover them reliably, so that neither paint nor primer gets inside. Once the coat has been sprayed and has dried, they come out easily. The foam follows the shape of the bay perfectly and leaves no sharp transitions. They can be used again and again.
This is a masking aid. Paints, glue and the model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
