Responsibility details are not available.
A resin figure in 1:48 scale produced by 3D printing. It represents one crew member of a Tiger heavy tank with turret number 222 during the fighting in Normandy in 1944. The figure is intended to be placed with a tank model or in a diorama, and it stands out for the finely rendered uniform and equipment. The designation No.4 distinguishes the particular pose within the series.
In the summer of 1944 the German forces committed the heavy tank units of the Waffen-SS in Normandy, and their Tigers became a symbol of the bitter fighting in the bocage. The crews wore the characteristic black or camouflaged tank crew overalls. The figure captures the typical look of a tank crewman of this period and adds a human dimension to a scene with an armored vehicle.
Carefully separate the parts from the print supports and lightly sand the marks down with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). For painting the skin and the fabrics, acrylic paints for figures applied with a brush with gradual shading and highlighting are suitable; small accessories come alive with a dry brush.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
