1:35 US paratrooper of the 101st Airborne Division (figure no. 19) is a single resin figure of an American paratrooper of the Second World War for dioramas in 1:35 scale from the French brand BlackSnake.
Responsibility details are not available.
A single unassembled and unpainted figure in 1:35 scale from the French manufacturer BlackSnake, cast in good quality resin. The uniform, the equipment and the face are finely shaped for superdetailing. It is not a kit of a vehicle but a figure accessory for bringing an armor or infantry diorama to life.
The figure derives from a member of the American 101st Airborne Division of the Second World War. The division fought in Normandy, in Operation Market Garden and in the defense of Bastogne. The jump jacket, the helmet and the field equipment make the figure a characteristic element of dioramas of the Western Front of 1944 and 1945.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and sand them down with respiratory protection. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Once the primer is on, tone the skin and the fabrics with acrylic; oil shading or a wash will deepen the detail.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
