1:35 MACV-SOG soldier, Vietnam 09 is a resin figure of an American member of the special forces from the Vietnam War from the maker BlackSnake Model.
Responsibility details are not available.
A single collector's figure in 1:35 scale from the workshop of the maker BlackSnake Model. It is cast from fine modeling resin with sharp detail on the equipment and a naturally worked pose. This is not a model of a vehicle but one figure for a Vietnam diorama or a jungle scene.
The figure captures a member of the American special unit MACV-SOG (Military Assistance Command, Vietnam - Studies and Observations Group), which during the Vietnam War carried out covert reconnaissance and special operations. The figure carries the typical light field equipment, weapons and accessories matching operations in the jungle.
Wash the residues of mold release agent off the resin parts, cut the casting blocks off and sand the surfaces. Fill the gaps and glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Apply a base before painting; acrylic or oil paints suit the camouflage uniform, and layered skin shades with fine washes into the folds the face and the hands. Sand with respiratory protection.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
