Responsibility details are not available.
A finished collector's model of a car in 1:64. It is supplied assembled and painted, in a gray metallic form which is carried under the designation Dakar Ice Gray Metallic. It is not a kit: the model calls for no glue, paints or tools and goes from the box straight into a display case.
The scale of 1:64 is among the most widespread collector's sizes. The car fits in the palm of a hand, takes up only a few centimeters on a shelf and is easily lined up in rows with further models of the same size. That is exactly why complete collections are easy to build in it, whether by marque, by category of vehicle or by color.
Metallic paints show every fingerprint, so take the model by the roof and the sides. Remove dust with a dry soft brush or a blower; solvents, alcohol cleaners and rubbing with a cloth harm both the paint and the small printing. The best place is a closed display case out of reach of direct sunlight, which does the colors no good in the long run.
It is intended for collectors who are putting together rows of cars in a single scale, and as a small gift for a person who enjoys cars but does not want to build them. Unless stated otherwise, the contents of the package are the model alone; a display case, paints and glue are not included.
