IONIC Rotten Green is a green shade from AMMO of Mig Jimenez, named after the green of decay. A single paint, not a set.
Responsibility details are not available.
IONIC Rotten Green is a green paint from the IONIC line by AMMO of Mig Jimenez, and the name places it with the green of decay. That makes it a candidate for swamp and standing water, for mold and algae in the corners of a diorama, for undead figures and for the grime that collects in recesses and seams. How saturated the tone is does not follow from the name, so compare it before you add it to your palette; the exact value is not stated here.
Stir the contents well before work, because the pigment in modeling paints settles at the bottom and unstirred paint shifts both the tone and the covering power. What to thin it with and in what ratio is stated by the manufacturer on the packaging, those instructions take precedence, and it is better not to reach for a thinner from another line. Build the paint up in thin coats and let it dry between them, because a heavy coat collects in the engraving and fine detail vanishes in it. Wash the surface, degrease it and give it a primer, as paint holds worse on bare smooth plastic. Rinse the brushes and the airbrush right after work, while the paint is still wet.
On figures with a theme of decay, on scenic bases and dioramas with water and vegetation, and on vehicles where a green deposit is meant to look neglected. The IONIC line has more green tones and they are sold as single shades and in themed sets, so they can be bought one at a time and mixed with one another.
The package contains a single shade of paint. The model, figure, brushes, airbrush and thinner are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
