30MS THE IDOLMASTER OPTION BODY PARTS ALPHA SISTERS PHANTASM 1 [COLOR A]

The real subject

The set grows out of the game subject The Idolmaster, whose characters appear in modeling lines as well. The particular package is carried under the designation Alpha Sisters Phantasm 1; the number at the end tells the individual sets within this group apart. Anyone interested in the subject thus gets parts that bring a character closer to its form in the game.

What the set contains

The package carries body parts for the figure kits of the 30MS series. The square bracket with the letter A gives the color variant the parts are released in; the same set tends to be carried in further renditions as well, so they can be mixed with one another. The body parts form the base onto which the other elements of the figure are fitted, and they also serve as a replacement for a piece damaged during disassembly.

Building and painting tips

Separate the parts with nippers a little way from the part and level the remainder with a knife afterwards; a part snapped off leaves a dimple behind which shows clearly on a smooth surface. Set the small sections out in a shallow dish, as they are easily lost from a table. Try the joints dry and do not force a pin against resistance. Clear the grease off the plastic with lukewarm soapy water and let it dry, and only then paint, in thin coats, so the definition of the folds stays visible.

Who it is for

For builders of 30MS series figures and for admirers of the subject who want to put a character together their own way. The mounting of the parts differs outside this series, so count on the set belonging to it. Tools, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
