The set brings a main rotor rendered in detail for the helicopters of the Sikorsky MH-60, UH-60 Black Hawk and HH-60 Pave Hawk family in 1:32 scale, made by 3D printing. It is not a helicopter kit but a refining accessory, a detail set, that replaces the simplified plastic rotor with a faithful replica of the rotor head including the pitch links and the hardware.
The Sikorsky H-60 family of helicopters is the backbone of the transport, naval and rescue units of the modern US Air Force and Army. The head of the main rotor is one of the technically most complex and most conspicuous elements, and on a model it adds markedly to the impression of fidelity.
Separate the 3D-printed parts from the supports and clean them up. Assemble the rotor and glue it with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). We recommend a primer first, then metallic shades and a fine accentuation of the pitch links with a wash. Protect your airways while sanding.
The accessory is supplied unpainted. The target kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
