This is a set of cast concrete panels from the Rattlesnake brand for building diorama surfaces in 1:72 scale: hardened airfield stands, roads or parking areas. The package holds 18 panels, which are laid side by side into a continuous paved surface. The 300 x 150 dimension refers to the size of the real panel.
Prefabricated concrete panels were used on field and permanent airfields to harden taxiing and parking areas. The regular joints between the individual slabs and the typical dirt from vehicles are characteristic.
