An accessory set for ship models in 1:700 scale, a British subject. The range and the build of the parts are given by the manufacturer's description.
Responsibility details are not available.
The 1:700 scale is the most widespread for ship models and at the same time the most demanding on small fittings. A kit manages them only in simplified form, because the shape of a part is set by what the mold allows. Accessory sets fill that gap, and on a finished hull they show more than anything else, because it is precisely the small things that give a model scale and depth.
This is an accessory for ship models in 1:700 scale with a British subject. The number 12 in the name refers to the designation of the real subject, but the name breaks off after it, so no closer identification, material or number of pieces follows from it. Those details are in the description and in the instructions enclosed by the manufacturer. Before you order the set it is worth checking with the manufacturer whether it matches the model you are building.
Work in 1:700 scale calls for tweezers, a sharp blade, good light and ideally a tray with a rim, so that a part that springs away does not vanish into the floor. Cut off the excess material a little way from the part and sand the remainder carefully. Wash and degrease the parts before painting; small pieces are best painted while still on the fret or the strip. Choose the glue according to the material the manufacturer states; cement for polystyrene does not hold on metal or on resin.
Paints, glue and the ship model are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
