This is a decal sheet in 1:72 scale. What exactly the sheet carries, that is, which insignia, lettering or letters and in what form, cannot be told from the name, because it is cut off; what decides is therefore the illustration of the sheet and the details on the packaging. Go through them before buying and compare them with the model you want to use the decals on.
The usual procedure with decal sheets is the wet one. The element is cut out together with a margin of carrier film, dipped in lukewarm water for a few seconds and left to rest until it can be slid across the backing. Then it is laid in place, slid off the backing and the excess water is blotted off with soft paper. Before you soak the sheet, check in the instructions whether it is a self-adhesive version: a soaked self-adhesive film is ruined, whereas a waterslide decal can be soaked later as well.
A decal holds best on a smooth gloss surface; a matte layer puts air under it and the edge of the film then turns white. Give the area a coat of gloss clear beforehand, therefore. On engraving and on curved surfaces decal softener helps, as it settles the decal into the detail; apply it sparingly and do not move the element with it any more. Once dry, wipe any adhesive residue off with a damp cloth and go over the whole surface with a covering clear coat.
