A decal sheet in 1:72 scale with the markings of Italian Eurofighters from the NATO Tiger Meet 2018. An accessory for a plastic kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Eurofighter is a twin-engined multirole fighter aircraft with a delta wing and canards ahead of it, powered by turbofan engines. The Italian Air Force operates it in some numbers, and part of the fleet appears at NATO Tiger Meet gatherings, to which units with a tiger in their badge bring striking commemorative finishes. The sheet is devoted precisely to these machines from the Apennine peninsula and from the 2018 event.
A decal sheet in 1:72 scale for completing a plastic kit. It carries the items of the commemorative scheme and the markings that go with it. How many machines the sheet covers and how detailed the additional markings are is specified in the instructions supplied with it.
Prepare the surface smooth and glossy, otherwise a matte rim will stay around a decal. Cut the item out close to the printing, immerse it in lukewarm water for a few seconds and, once it has released from the paper, slide it onto the model. Press the surplus water out with a soft cloth; on a busy surface a softener will help. Before you dip the sheet, check in the instructions whether it is not a self-adhesive version: a self-adhesive film that has been dipped is ruined. Then even the finished surface out with varnish.
For modelers of contemporary jet aircraft in 1:72 scale who are drawn to striking tiger finishes instead of the ordinary gray camouflage. It is also worthwhile for anyone building machines from tiger meets gradually, as a coherent group for a display case.
The package holds a decal sheet. The kit, the paints, the varnishes and the softener are not part of it, unless stated otherwise.
