This set from ResKit is a 3D-printed resin kit of a small tow tractor in 1:72 scale. It is the shorter version of the tug, without the additional unit. It is not a model of an aircraft but a piece of airfield ground equipment that brings a diorama or a scene with aircraft and helicopters splendidly to life.
The A/S32A-31A, nicknamed the Mule, is an American tug used for moving aircraft and cargo on the decks of aircraft carriers and at airfields. Its low, robust design makes it possible to maneuver equipment in tight spaces among parked machines.
First wash the parts free of print resin residue and cut the print supports off carefully. They are glued with cyanoacrylate, and sanding should be done with your airways protected. A base primer and an airbrush are recommended; final weathering with washes and pigments will give the tug a realistic worked-in look.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted as a resin kit. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
