Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the postwar Czechoslovak fighter Avia S-199 in the Diana form in 1:72 scale from Kovozavody Prostejov. The set is made from new molds and is meant to be assembled and painted. Take the exact contents of the package and the range of markings from the particular release.
The Avia S-199 was a postwar Czechoslovak fighter based on the airframe of the German Messerschmitt Bf 109 combined with an inverted V12 Junkers Jumo engine. The combination of the proven airframe with that power plant gave the aircraft its own distinctive flying qualities. The Diana form represents the variant with a strengthened armament. The S-199 machines served with the Czechoslovak Air Force and some of them reached foreign users as well.
Cut the parts out carefully and glue them with a thin cement for plastic. Mask the cabin glazing before spraying. Straightforward camouflage suits the postwar machines; lay the decals on a gloss base and tie the result together with an overcoat.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
