Eduard Bf 109G-10 Erla engine PRINT 1:72 is a resin engine set made by direct 3D printing, for the detailed upgrade of a model of the Messerschmitt Bf 109G-10 fighter from Erla production.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set brings a faithfully rendered powerplant for a model of the German Messerschmitt Bf 109G-10 fighter in the Erla-built version in 1:72 scale. It is not an aircraft kit but an accessory made by direct 3D printing from resin, which replaces the plastic engine parts and makes it possible to display the aircraft with the cowling panels open. The set comes from the Czech manufacturer Eduard, from the PRINT range.
The Bf 109G-10 was among the last production versions of the legendary German fighter of the Second World War. It was powered by the Daimler-Benz DB 605 inverted V12 with direct fuel injection. The G-10 version was built at the end of the war by several manufacturers including the Erla works in Leipzig, and it was notable for its aerodynamically cleaned-up engine cowling.
First wash the parts free of print resin residue and carefully separate them from the print supports. Use super glue (cyanoacrylate) for bonding. The engine blocks and the fine piping come into their own after airbrushing and picking out with a wash in the recesses. Protect your airways when sanding resin.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
