Quickboost 1:72 Bf 110C/E exhausts is a resin replacement part for refining a model of the German twin-engine heavy fighter.
Responsibility details are not available.
These are resin replacement exhausts for a model of the German twin-engine heavy fighter Messerschmitt Bf 110 in the C and E versions in 1:72 scale. It is not an airplane model but a small detail part from Quickboost. The casting replaces the exhausts from the base kit with a more faithful piece with hollowed-out outlets, which the plastic usually lacks.
The Bf 110 was a German twin-engine heavy fighter (Zerstörer) used from the start of the Second World War as an escort and attack aircraft. It was powered by a pair of Daimler-Benz DB 601 inverted V12 engines. The C and E versions belonged to the early and middle production batches, which saw service over Europe and in the fighter-bomber role. The exhaust stacks along the sides of the engine nacelles are a striking detail that has a strong effect on the overall impression of the model.
First wash the parts to remove any mold release residue. Separate them carefully from the casting block with a saw or a knife and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate); ordinary plastic cement does not hold on resin. Sand with respiratory protection, because resin dust is very fine. Before painting, roughen the surface lightly and apply a primer suitable for resin.
This is an accessory for refining a plastic kit, not a stand-alone model. Glue, paints and the kit are not included in the package.
