The Bloch MB-151 in 1:72 scale from RS Models — a short-run injection-molded kit of the French fighter with resin accessories, for more advanced modelers.
Responsibility details are not available.
A plastic kit of the French fighter Bloch MB-151 in 1:72 scale from the RS Models range. It is a short-run injection-molded model supplemented with small resin parts and a decal sheet with several color schemes. The set is intended rather for modelers with experience of cleaning up and fitting short-run parts.
The Bloch MB-151 belonged to the family of French radial-engined fighters of the late 1930s. Together with the related MB-152 version it made up part of the fighter strength of the French Air Force at the beginning of the Second World War. The design was marked out by its all-metal construction and sturdy fuselage; the aircraft served in a number of places during the fighting for France.
We recommend cleaning the short-run parts and removing the casting residue before gluing, and dry-fitting the parts. Use a thin model cement on the plastic and cyanoacrylate glue on the resin parts. Apply a primer before painting; the French camouflage comes out well with an airbrush and with the panel lines picked out.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
