A plastic kit of the modern wheeled BTR-3E1 armored personnel carrier in 1:72 scale from ACE. The model captures the Ukrainian vehicle with its combat module and suits collectors of contemporary equipment as well as a smaller diorama.
The BTR-3E1 is a modern wheeled armored personnel carrier of Ukrainian design with a remotely operated combat module. It serves to carry infantry and to give it fire support and is offered in several armament forms. The vehicle follows on from the older line of wheeled carriers and brings modernized equipment.
Glue the parts with thin modeling cement for plastic and take care over the correct geometry of the chassis. Attach the combat module and the fine details last. After spraying the primer, lay the base color on with an airbrush and bring the surface to life with a weak wash and pigments to suggest service wear.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
