This is not a kit of an aircraft but a resin detail set meant to improve models of the four-engine transport machine C-130H Hercules in 1:72 scale. The set contains faithfully worked landing flaps that will replace the simplified parts of a boxed kit and make it possible to show the wing with the high-lift devices extended.
Extended flaps are among the conspicuous features of a Hercules while it is parked and being loaded, which is why they markedly liven even a static model up. The resin parts offer sharper leading edges, ribbing and guide mechanism, such as can be achieved from plastic only with difficulty.
Wash the parts free of the mold release agent, cut the casting blocks off carefully and clean the parts up. Resin tends to be thin and brittle, so work carefully. Glue with super glue, that is cyanoacrylate, and when sanding use protection for your airways and ventilate the room. Before gluing, check the angle of extension and the fit to the wing.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The plastic model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
