Eduard 1:72 C-47 flaps is a photo-etched add-on set that replaces the flaps on a model of the C-47 transport aircraft in 1:72 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
A photo-etched add-on set from the Czech maker Eduard in 1:72 scale. It is not a model of an aircraft but an accessory of thin brass sheet that replaces the flaps with finely embossed photo-etched parts and makes it possible to show them in the lowered position with a faithful ribbed structure.
The Douglas C-47 Skytrain (Dakota) was an American twin-engine transport aircraft derived from the civilian DC-3. During the Second World War and afterwards it carried troops and cargo and dropped paratroops.
Separate the photo-etched parts with a sharp knife, shape them with a bending tool or over a straight edge and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Degrease the surfaces and apply a primer before painting, and then we recommend spraying with an airbrush.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
