A set of four resin CATM-114 laser guided training missiles in 1:72 scale from Reskit for refining the armament of helicopter and unmanned aircraft models.
Responsibility details are not available.
This detail set from Reskit contains four accurately rendered 3D printed resin CATM-114 training missiles in 1:72 scale. It is not an aircraft model but an accessory for underwing armament, with which you replace coarser plastic missiles or add armament to a model. The resin part offers sharper detail than injection-molded plastic.
The CATM-114 is the inert training variant of the anti-armor missile of the Hellfire family, used for crew training. It serves for practicing handling and launch procedures without a live warhead. Missiles of this type are carried by a number of attack helicopters and unmanned aircraft, for example machines of the Apache and Cobra class or modern unmanned aircraft.
First wash the parts free of print resin residue, carefully remove the print supports and clean the cut surfaces up. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Protect your airways when sanding resin. Before painting it pays to apply a primer for better paint adhesion.
The set contains resin parts only. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
