Eduard 1:72 D3A Val is a color self-adhesive photo-etched set (Zoom range) for refining the interior of a plastic model of the Japanese Aichi D3A Val dive bomber. It is not a kit but an accessory.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard brings color self-adhesive photo-etch of the Zoom range, aimed at the cockpit and the interior of a D3A Val model in 1:72 scale. It contains a pre-printed instrument panel, side panels and seat belts, which raise the realism of the pilot area. The set is an accessory for a plastic model, not a stand-alone kit.
The Aichi D3A, given the code name Val by the Allies, was a Japanese carrier-based dive bomber of the Second World War. Its recognition feature was the fixed, non-retractable landing gear with spatted wheels. The D3A took part in the attack on Pearl Harbor and in further battles in the Pacific.
The color self-adhesive parts are peeled off the backing film and laid in place; the instrument panel is built up from several layers. Fit the interior before closing up the fuselage. The unpainted parts can be added with super glue.
This is an accessory photo-etched set, not a kit. The plastic model, the glue and the paints are not included in the package.
