A correction set of exhausts for the DB-7 in 1:72 scale, intended according to the name for the Azur and Frrom kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
The DB-7 is an American twin-engined light bomber of the late 1930s from which a whole family of combat aircraft grew, used by several Allied air forces in the Second World War. The engine nacelles sit on the wing and the exhausts on them are among the details clearly visible from the side and from above, so they are not lost on a finished model.
Replacement exhausts that correct the shape of the parts from the kit. The word correction in the name indicates that the set is not just to add detail but to put right a shape that does not match in the original kit. The name states the target kit explicitly: it is the model from Azur and Frrom in 1:72 scale; with other kits expect to adapt the mounting. The exact number of parts is given in the manufacturer's instructions.
The parts are not polystyrene, so cement for plastic models has no effect on them; use cyanoacrylate glue. Cut the excess material away with a sharp blade a little way from the part and sand the face carefully, so that you do not skew the very shape you bought the set for. Wash and degrease the parts before painting. Paint them separately and fit them only after the nacelles are sprayed; a dark base with soot at the openings and a lightly brightened upper side gives the exhausts depth.
The set suits a modeler who has the target kit at home and wants to take care of the shape in a place where the kit does not hold it. The work is small and can be done on a model already under construction.
The kit, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
