Eduard DH-100 F.Mk.6 1:72 is a photo-etched detail set for a model of the de Havilland Vampire F.Mk.6 fighter. It is not a model but a metal accessory to a kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
This photo-etched detail set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard sharpens up a model of the de Havilland DH-100 Vampire F.Mk.6 jet fighter in 1:72 scale. It is not an aircraft kit and not a finished model, but a set of fine metal parts that replace or supplement the details of a plastic kit, for example cockpit elements, instrument panels, belts and parts of the airframe surface.
The de Havilland Vampire was a first-generation British jet fighter with a characteristic twin-boom tail and a single jet engine. The F.Mk.6 version was the fighter variant operated among others by the Swiss Air Force. The Vampire was one of the first successful jet fighters of the postwar era.
Separate the photo-etched parts with a sharp knife on a hard surface and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Shape the fine parts in a bending tool and degrease the metal before painting. The color cockpit parts are usually printed and can be fitted without painting. An airbrush and a fine brush for touching up the edges are recommended.
The set holds photo-etched metal parts only. The base kit, glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
