A finely cast resin figure of a donkey fitted with a harness in 1:72 scale from Firma49. The pack animal served as a draft and load animal for centuries, so it is a superb complement to dioramas from a wide range of periods, from historical scenes through supply columns to country settings.
This is not a kit of a vehicle or an aircraft but a figure in its own right, meant to bring a scene to life. A donkey with a harness creates a logical link between the animal and a load or a cart and gives a diorama both scale and story.
First wash the mold release agent off the part in lukewarm water with detergent. Cut off any casting blocks and sand the surfaces with respiratory protection. Glue the resin with cyanoacrylate glue. The donkey's coat comes out well after a primer base, with the layering of brown and gray shades, a dry brush and a fine wash to emphasize the coat and the harness.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The glue, the paints and accessories are not included in the package.
