SBS Model 1:72 E.E. Canberra – corrected rudder is a resin replacement part that corrects the shape of the vertical tail on models of the English Electric Canberra bomber.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is not an aircraft kit but an aftermarket detail part. The set, cast in good-quality polyurethane resin, replaces the rudder of the base kit with a more precisely shaped part that follows the real outline of the tail surfaces more closely. It is intended for models of the British English Electric Canberra jet bomber in 1:72 scale.
The English Electric Canberra was the first British jet bomber, and it first flew in 1949. It stood out for its high ceiling and its long service life: in bomber, reconnaissance and training versions it served with many air forces around the world for decades. Its generous wing, which allowed it to fly at great altitudes, was characteristic.
First wash the mold release residue off the resin part, cut the casting block away gently and sand the surface (with respiratory protection). It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Before painting we recommend spraying the part with a primer.
The accessory is supplied unpainted and serves to improve the base kit, which it does not include.
