Cast resin pylons from Quickboost for a plastic model of the British English Electric Lightning F.2A supersonic fighter in 1:72 scale. The aftermarket accessory replaces the kit parts with a finer casting of more accurate shape.
The English Electric Lightning was a British supersonic interceptor with the unusual arrangement of two engines stacked one above the other. The F.2A version was one of the updated machines of the 1960s and served with the RAF.
First wash the parts to remove any mold release residue, separate the casting blocks carefully and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate), since plastic cement has no effect on resin. Sand resin with respiratory protection.
This is a resin accessory, not an aircraft model. The kit itself and glue are not included in the package.
